Your Complete User Agreement

2.1 Minimum Age

To open and use a bk665 Account, you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform. bk665 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the platform.

2.2 Acceptable Identification

For age and identity verification purposes, bk665 accepts the following government-issued documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport (any nationality, where applicable)
• Bangladesh Driving Licence issued by BRTA

All submitted documents must be valid (not expired), clearly legible, and must match the information provided at registration. bk665 may request additional supporting documents, including proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement showing a Bangladeshi address), if verification cannot be completed from identity documents alone.

2.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the bk665 platform. bk665 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is legal in every location. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk, and you agree that bk665 bears no liability for your use of the platform in any jurisdiction where such use may be prohibited or restricted.

2.4 Single Account Rule

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one and only one bk665 Account. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms. bk665 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them upon detection of duplicate account activity.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register a bk665 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You must ensure that all information provided remains accurate and up to date for the duration of your Account. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in account suspension pending re-verification.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. bk665 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify the bk665 support team immediately via live chat on the platform. bk665 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration — including a false date of birth for the purpose of circumventing the 18+ requirement — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bk665 reserves the right to close such accounts immediately and report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, bk665 requires users to complete KYC verification. This involves submitting a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued identity document (see Section 2.2 above) along with any additional documentation reasonably requested by the bk665 compliance team. Withdrawals will not be released until KYC verification is successfully completed. There is no exception to this requirement regardless of deposit method, account age, or bet history.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bk665 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank Bangladesh, Sonali Bank

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on bk665 is ৳200. There is no single-transaction maximum deposit, though bk665 reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion for compliance or risk management purposes. Deposit limits may also be self-imposed by the User via Account settings as part of responsible gaming controls (see Section 7).

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The User's Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the first withdrawal (see Section 3.4).
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered bk665 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any active Bonus Funds in the Account must be subject to completed wagering requirements before real-money funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5.3).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• bk665 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

4.4 Currency

All bk665 Account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made in BDT via local payment methods. International card transactions may be subject to conversion by your card issuer; bk665 bears no responsibility for conversion rates or fees applied by third-party financial institutions.

4.5 Transaction Processing Times

bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Rocket and Upay withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days (BST, Monday to Friday). All times are indicative and may be longer during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bk665 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-based promotions tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and seasonal celebrations such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to registered bk665 users who meet the eligibility criteria of the relevant promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new and existing players who have completed KYC verification. Only one promotional offer may be active per Account at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms. bk665 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers from any User at its absolute discretion if abuse or exploitation is suspected.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to real-money funds and withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means the User must wager the total bonus amount twenty times on eligible games before any portion of that bonus becomes withdrawable. Bets placed on excluded games (which will be specified in the promotion terms) do not count toward wagering requirements. Progress toward wagering requirements may be tracked in the Account dashboard.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period, which will be stated in the individual promotion terms. If the wagering requirement has not been completed within the stated period from the date the bonus was credited, the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the Account automatically. No extension to bonus expiry periods will be granted except at the sole discretion of bk665.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

bk665 takes bonus integrity seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses more than once; using Bonus Funds exclusively on low-risk bets to guarantee conversion to real money; exploiting technical errors to claim bonuses that were not intended to be available; and coordinating with other players to share or exploit bonus offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, bk665 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all associated bets, and forfeit all Bonus Funds and real-money balances without prior notice.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

bk665 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets placed by Users whose identity has not been verified, bets that exceed applicable stake limits, or bets that appear to be placed in error or in circumstances suggesting system manipulation. Notification of refused or voided bets will be provided within the Account activity log.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting on cricket and other sports is subject to real-time odds that may change rapidly during match events. Once a bet is confirmed by the system and a reference number is assigned, the bet is final. bk665 is not responsible for delays in odds updates caused by third-party data providers, internet connectivity issues, or device performance on the User's side. In-play bets that cannot be confirmed due to a system error will be voided and the stake returned.

6.3 Game Outcomes and RNG

All slot and casino game outcomes on the bk665 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by the respective game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi). bk665 does not modify or override game outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are as certified by the game provider. bk665 makes no guarantee of individual session outcomes and accepts no liability for losses incurred during normal game play.

6.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk665 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing another person to use your Account

6.5 Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, bk665's servers will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the game will resume from that state where technically possible, or the round will be completed automatically according to the game provider's standard protocols. bk665 is not responsible for losses attributable to the User's internet connection, device performance, or browser compatibility.

7.1 Deposit Limits

Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in BDT from within their Account settings at any time. Deposit limits take effect immediately upon being set. Any request to reduce an existing limit takes effect immediately. Any request to increase an existing limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied, during which the original lower limit remains in force.

7.2 Session Time Controls

Users may configure session time reminders (at 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours) and hard session time limits that automatically log the User out when reached. These tools are designed to promote awareness of time spent on the platform and are available free of charge within Account settings.

7.3 Cooling-Off Period

Users who wish to take a short break from gambling may activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login to the Account is blocked and all marketing communications are suspended. A cooling-off period cannot be cancelled once activated; the User must wait until it expires to regain platform access.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Users who believe they may have a gambling problem may activate a self-exclusion period of a minimum of 6 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation. During self-exclusion, the Account is locked, all marketing is suppressed, and the User is prevented from opening a new Account on the bk665 platform. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before its expiry will not be processed. bk665 treats self-exclusion requests with the highest priority and fulfils them without delay. 7.5 Minor Protection

bk665 urges all Account holders who share a device with persons under 18 to use device-level parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. bk665 accepts no liability for access to the platform by minors facilitated by the failure of a registered adult User to secure their device or login credentials.

8.1 Closure by the User

Users may request the closure of their bk665 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the User via their verified payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed and there are no active investigations or holds on the Account. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by bk665

bk665 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent account information
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials
• Duplicate account activity
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward support staff or other users
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements mandating account closure

8.3 Disputed Closure

If you believe your Account has been suspended or closed in error, you may contact the bk665 support team via live chat to raise a dispute. bk665 will review your case within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome in writing via the email address registered on your Account. bk665's decision following a review is final and binding.

8.4 Changes to Terms

bk665 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file and/or by a notice posted on the bk665 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those terms. If you do not accept an update, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the update.
